Biography
Dr. Ayat Farghily Hashim Saleh is a researcher at the Department of Fats and Oils, National Research Centre, Egypt. She earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Chemistry Department, Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University in 2020, with a thesis on Nano Lipid Carriers and Polymer Nanocomposites as Effective Nutraceuticals Delivery Vehicles. She obtained her M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from Tanta University in 2014, focusing on Loading of 1,3,4-Oxa(thia)diazole Derivatives on Polymers/Clay Nanocomposites and Their Applications. Dr. Saleh also holds a Premaster in Organic Chemistry from Tanta University (2011), a Diploma in Biochemistry from Monfiea University (2009, Excellent), and a B.Sc. in Microbiology & Chemistry from Ain Shams University (2008, Excellent with Honors). Her research expertise lies in organic chemistry, nanocomposites, nutraceutical delivery systems, and polymer-based bioactive formulations, contributing to advancements in functional food and medicinal plant applications.
