Biography
Dr. Jianbin Li earned his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Wuhan University in 2007, following a B.S. in the same field in 2002. He is currently a Professor at the School of Management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, where he previously served as an Associate Professor. Dr. Li has extensive international research experience, having held visiting scholar positions at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. He also conducted research as an associate and postdoctoral fellow at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests span Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Production and Operations Management, Medical and Health Management, and E-commerce. Dr. Li’s work focuses on advancing efficient and innovative management strategies in complex operational environments, bridging applied mathematics with practical industry solutions.
