Biography
Dr. Changxin Chen is affiliated with Department of Micro/Nano Electronics in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He got his Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and completed his postdoctoral research at Stanford University. His main research direction is nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices and technology based on one- or two- dimensional materials. He had authored or co-authored more than 70 peer-reviewed articles, which were published in international journals.
