Biography
Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Kashif Irshad is a Professor at Yonsei University, Republic of Korea, specializing in environmental engineering, sustainable land management, and soil health. His research focuses on waste management, biomass conversion, environmental toxicology and remediation, and soil biogeochemistry and microbiology. He earned extensive experience in academia and research, having served as Assistant Professor (2020–2023) and Lecturer (2012–2015) in the Department of Environmental Sciences at Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan. Earlier, he worked as a Patrolling Officer with the National Highways and Motorway Police, Pakistan, and completed an internship in Soil Biochemistry at Ayub Agricultural Research Institute, Faisalabad. Dr. Irshad’s work integrates environmental sustainability, soil science, and advanced remediation technologies to address pressing ecological and agricultural challenges.
