Biography
Professor Mahmoud Reza Delavar is a Full Professor at the School of Surveying and Geospatial Engineering, College of Engineering, University of Tehran, Iran. He serves as Director of the Center of Excellence in Geomatic Engineering in Disaster Management and Director of the Land Administration and Smart City Lab. He has over three decades of experience in geomatics engineering, geographic information systems, remote sensing, spatial data science, and land administration. His research has resulted in numerous publications in leading international journals, and he has supervised many graduate students and multidisciplinary research projects. He actively contributes to international scientific organizations and editorial boards, with expertise spanning geospatial technologies, artificial intelligence, and smart city applications.
