Biography
Dr Fateme Mirzajani is an Associate Professor at Shahid Beheshti University with expertise in nanotoxicology, phytochemistry, environmental safety, nanotechnology, proteomics, and analytical chemistry. She completed her PhD in Phytochemistry at Shahid Beheshti University and pursued postdoctoral research in nanotoxicology through a joint Iran Germany collaboration with Justus Liebig University Giessen. She has supervised more than 60 MSc and PhD students and has published over 35 scientific papers with an H index of 18. Her research focuses on nanoparticle interactions, nanotoxicology, environmental and agricultural safety, metabolomics, proteomics, homeopathy related studies, medicinal plants, and analytical technologies including chromatography and mass spectrometry. Dr Mirzajani has participated in numerous international congresses and workshops as a lecturer and presenter and has led several funded scientific projects in nanotechnology, agricultural biotechnology, and laboratory development. She has also received multiple awards for excellence in research and nanotechnology.
