Biography

Professor Salwa Sayed Seif Eldin is a Professor Emeritus of Medical Microbiology and Immunology at Assiut University, Egypt, with more than 25 years of experience in medical microbiology, immunology, research, and academic teaching. She has served as Professor at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Saudi Arabia, and has held several academic leadership positions including Head of the Department of Medical Microbiology and Immunology. Her research focuses on infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, molecular diagnostics, and host immune responses. She has authored numerous peer reviewed publications and has extensive experience in postgraduate supervision, curriculum development, and research evaluation.
