Biography
Dr. Anne Marie Krachler received Ph.D in Biochemistry at University of York. She is a member of American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Society of General Microbiology and Biochemical Society. Currently she is working as Lecturer at University of Birmingham Institute of Microbiology and Infection Edgbaston.
Research Interest
Dr. Anne Marie Krachler research interest is Host-pathogen interactions, bacterial adhesion, anti-infectives, type III secretion, wound infections. Her lab studies focus on how host-pathogen interaction and in particular bacterial adhesion triggers changes in host signalling pathways to favour infection.
