Biography
Tony R. Smith is an Associate Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He earned his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany where he was a Patricia Roberts Harris Fellow. He has served as a consultant to the United Nations (HEUNI), the Institute for Forensic Studies at the University of Malta, and numerous law enforcement agencies.
